By downloading, installing, or using Taskott ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Taskott is a desktop and mobile productivity application that provides task management, sprint planning, time tracking, and related features. The App is provided "as is" for personal productivity use.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Taskott only for its intended purpose as a personal productivity tool. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or infrastructure
  • Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Taskott, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Taskott integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar, Notion, and Gmail. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Taskott is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

Taskott and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Taskott and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your task data and personal content remain yours.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskott shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
